The Lake Merritt Hotel has 44 fully furnished apartments which are available for a 30 day stay.
Our apartments are spacious, ranging from 550 to 800 square feet and offer lovely lake and city views. Designed to be both elegant and functional, they feature an entertainment/sitting areas, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast nook or dining area. The apartments also include a coffee makers, iron and ironing board hair dryer, free wireless internet service, cable service, and utilities. There is also an on-site fitness center as well as complimentary access for guests to a nearby health club.
There is security deposit required of $250 for the furnished apartment units. These security deposits are refundable per California law.
